Submit a support request
This feature puts a link in cPanel which allows you to configure through WHM where support requests go when they are submitted though cPanel. You will have the option to send it to an email address, pipe it into a helpdesk, or redirect the user to another page when they click on the support link. If using the email feature, you will have the option to easily add the clients domain name, username, ip address, or hostname in the email automatically.

Image Manager
This feature allows you to convert images to different formats or resize images.
